Jamie Tulloch completes the London Marathon for AMF

He's at it again :-)

Not satisified with supporting our annual golf day and running the London Marathon to raise funds for the foundation, Jamie is hell bent on taking on the mammouth task of completing this year's Pembrokeshire IRONMAN Challenge.

For those that are not aware this disipline consists of a 2.4 mile sea swim, followed by a 112 mile bicycle ride and then finishing with a 26.2 mile marathon run all without a break - and the competitors have 17 hours in which to complete the challenge - GULP!

We caught up with Jamie with just 7 weeks of training to go and he told us that things were going to plan - "I am training really hard and now that it's not far away am getting really excited and cannot wait to get going."

When asked what the motivation was for doing this event after not long doing the London Marathon for us he said "to be honest there are several reasons; Firstly, I love the work you guys are doing through the foundation to help others and I would like to do my bit, secondly I have wanted to have a go at doing this for so long but have never committed and finally I am not getting any younger. I am in my thirties now and the old legs are getting tired and so what better way to finish up than with one more big event that I have always wanted to do and try and raise some money for the foundation in the process."

We all wish jamie the best of luck for this gruelling event and just need as many as we can to get behind him for his one last big event -
